Just briefly today. I had a great day and just came back from the family I minister to. Thanks to God I could help them again with their needs. These are the best moments in my life!
Additional to that, I talked with a janitor at one of the retirement homes I delivered to today. He told [...]

Here are some thoughts I had about obstacles:
Obstacles: something that impedes progress or achievement (Merriam-Webster)
The greatest obstacles in our lives are build by ourselves, with our pride topping all.
There are no obstacles for God. For nothing is impossible with God. (Lu 1:37)
Obstacles in our life with Jesus are overcome by faith and not by force. Heb [...]

God’s will for mankind is that everyone will be saved! He want for us to find peace and freedom in Him. Jesus said He came to bring us life, and life to the full! Sadly that most people looking exactly for this to have in their lives are not considering Jesus as the only one who [...]

First I want to say I am sorry for not bloging this week! The reason was, and still is, that my mom needed me.
To start at the beginning. When God brought me back to Germany 5 years ago I knew it was for me to take care of my parents. Since my dad went home [...]

It seems to me that there is a mystification of God’s word taking place in the world lately. There have been movies that center on this subject and of course they only pick up what has been published in books already. Therefore this matter is not truly new. I see this in one part that the world is looking to [...]

For a current reason I like to pick up on the issue of church traditions which are still held up here in Germany. My great grand nephew will be undergoing the infant baptism this coming weekend.
Since I became a Christian, I read several (English and German) versions of the Bible and I’m sure I found no scripture [...]

And he said: I tell you the truth,
unless you change (your heart)
and become like little children,
you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Mt 18,3
These words come to my mind when I see the children playing on the “Playstreet” in front of my apartment. They play ball, riding their “Bobby cars” and bicycles under overview of [...]

Today the “Commission for Children” of the “German Bundestag” announced a proposal to banish “Kinder Surprise” in Germany because they are a risk for children’s health. That is fine so far! Surprising though, they are on the market for 34 years and the “Commission for Children” has no research report to underpin their claim that children [...]

This week went by so fast. I took care of a some things in my apartment and in the yard. I talked with some people about Jesus and got the application for my next minister license. A special praise report is that my neighbor who had undergone a cancer surgery is back home and doing [...]

Thanks to God I now got a garage for my car(see pic). A young family bought the row house at the end of the row and they had no need for the garage. So I could rent it. That is good so far, but God would not be God if He would not use me [...]
